Bookings, programs, and a portal the client actually opens
A trainer's admin is three jobs pretending to be one: filling the diary, writing the program, and getting the client to look at it. Tools usually do the first well and leave the other two in a spreadsheet and a messaging app. These are one record set — the appointment, the program and the client's own view of it.
Availability, and a booking page that respects it
Trainers carry their own availability, and one-to-one appointments book against it — including from a public page a client can use without an account.
- Per-trainer availability behind every booking
- 1:1 appointments as their own thing, not classes with one seat
- A public booking page for personal training, on your own site
Programs built from an exercise library
An exercise library and a program builder, so the fifth client's program is assembled rather than retyped — and so a change to an exercise is a change everywhere it is used.
- A reusable exercise library rather than free text per client
- Programs assembled from it, with progression
- Goals and progression tracked against the same client record
The client's own portal
The program reaches the client at a private link rather than as a screenshot. That is the difference between a program that gets followed and a document that gets lost.
- A private client portal for the program
- No account for the client to create before they can look at it
- The same record the trainer edits — never an exported copy
What Personal training runs on
Hold this on its own, or add the modules beside it when you want them — they share one login and one set of records. See the module library and pricing.

Questions buyers ask
Can clients book without creating an account?
Yes. Personal training has a public booking page on your own site, and the program reaches the client through a private link rather than behind a signup. Making a client create an account to see their own program is how programs stop being read.
Do you sell session packs?
Yes, through Memberships — a pack is a finite number of credits on the same entitlement engine plans use, so what a client has left is one number rather than two that can disagree. Adjusting it by hand requires a reason.
Is this only for gyms?
No. Personal Training is its own module and works for an independent trainer with no gym behind them. If you also run classes or a front desk, the pieces compose — a completed appointment can lead into a logged workout, and check-in already knows the client.
Do I have to rebuild a program for every client?
No — programs are assembled from a shared exercise library, so the exercise is defined once and used everywhere. That is also what makes progression something you can track rather than something you re-type.
