Scheduling, attendance, and payments for class businesses
Studios, gyms, schools, and academies juggle rosters, seasons, drop-ins, and payments across too many tools. Alef Solutions runs scheduling, attendance, and selling on one customer record.

- Packages and plans sold at the POS
- Attendance history per person and per class
One record from first inquiry to renewal

Questions operators ask
Can members book and pay themselves, without us in the middle?
Yes — a public booking page takes bookings, including from guests who have no account, and members manage their own bookings with a code rather than a password they will forget. Selling happens on the same customer record, so a booking and a payment are not two systems agreeing later.
Do we have to buy the whole platform to run classes?
No, and this is worth knowing because most of this category sells one bundle. Classes, Memberships, Personal Training and Attendance are four separate modules that each stand alone: a gym with no classes can buy Attendance by itself, and a coach who only does one-to-one sessions can buy Personal Training without a class schedule.
What happens when someone freezes or their plan runs out?
Freeze and unfreeze are part of the Memberships module, along with the roster and the monthly recurring figure, so a paused member is a state rather than a note in someone's head. Plan credits are the single entitlement — one engine deciding what a member may book and check into.
Can we run personal training as well as classes?
Trainers, availability and one-to-one appointments are a module of their own, with training programs and a private client portal where a member follows their plan. It is bought separately from classes and works on its own — which is the point: a personal-training studio is not required to run a class schedule it does not have.
