Forty sites, most of them after everyone has gone home

Cleaning is a contract business run at a distance. The work repeats on a fixed schedule, happens at sites nobody from the office is standing in, and usually out of hours — so the two questions that matter are whether the visit was raised and whether somebody actually turned up. Both are records here rather than assumptions.

Every site's schedule belongs to its contract

A service agreement per site holds the visit type and cadence and raises the work for each period, so adding a site is adding a contract rather than forty diary entries.

  • Monthly, quarterly or annual cadence per site
  • Each visit carries the agreement and the period it covers
  • Visits raised so far and next period due, visible on the plan

Who was meant to go, and who actually did

Work is assigned to a person for a time window. Where you also hold Attendance, check-in is a separate record of someone actually being there — the two answer different questions and we keep them apart.

  • Assignment with a time window, warning on a clash or a missing skill
  • One-tap check-in and history, as its own module
  • A phone-first view for people working away from any office

Margin per contract, before renewal

Labour and materials roll up per visit and per job, so a contract that stopped being worth doing shows up while there is still time to reprice it.

  • Costs against each site's job and cost centre
  • Revenue, cost and margin by customer, job, item or cost centre
  • Consumables drawn against the same item records as purchasing

Modules Commercial cleaning businesses use

Start with the module that hurts most; add the rest when you're ready — they share one login and one set of records. See the module library and pricing.

  • Field Service
  • Attendance
  • CRM

Questions operators ask

Can each site have its own recurring schedule?

Yes — a service agreement per site, with its own visit type and cadence, raising each period's visit automatically. Every raised visit records which agreement and which period it covers.

How do we know someone actually attended?

Assignment tells you who was meant to go; Attendance — a module you can hold on its own — records a check-in and keeps the history. We keep them as two records on purpose, because "assigned" and "attended" are different facts and merging them is how a system starts lying to you.

Is there a supervisor sign-off or quality audit workflow?

Not as a built feature. Jobs carry a checklist through their Project bucket, and Knowledge & SOPs can hold the procedure with per-person read acknowledgements — but there is no scored site-audit or QA-inspection surface, and we are not going to call the checklist one.

Can we start with just the scheduling half?

Yes. Field Service stands on its own and you add Attendance, CRM or Finance when you want them. A tenant holding only one module never sees another module's screens.
