The job, the parts and the invoice on one record
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and equipment servicing all run the same shape of day: a board of jobs, a van of parts, and a customer expecting an invoice. Most software gives you the board and sells you an integration for the other two. Here they are one record set.
A board that reflects the day
Jobs are raised, scheduled and moved through their states on one board, so the state of the day is visible without a round of phone calls.
- Board, job list and per-job detail — raise a job, schedule it and move it along
- A job carries its type, business unit, scheduled start and the van it runs from
- A "My Day" view built for a phone in a van rather than a desk
The van is your warehouse
This is the part that is normally an integration project. A job draws parts from the same item records as the rest of your stock, including lot and serial tracked parts, so what left the van is what left the warehouse.
- One item catalogue behind inventory, purchasing and jobs
- Van stock is a warehouse like any other — replenished, counted and valued the same way
- Lot and serial tracking carries through to the parts fitted on site
Costing that admits what it does not know
A job costs materials plus labour. Where a figure is estimated rather than captured, the screen says so instead of presenting it as fact.
- Materials and labour rolled up per job
- Estimated figures are marked as estimated, and say they will not tie back to the ledger
- Revenue, cost and margin by customer, job, item or cost centre
Return visits, so first-time fix means something
A revisit can be linked to the job it repeats, with a reason. Without that link a first-time-fix rate reads a flat 100% forever — technically true and useless.
- Book a return visit from the completed job it belongs to
- A required reason, so "unrecorded" is never mistaken for "not rework"
- Route optimisation is a separate module you can add; routes themselves are part of dispatch

Questions operators ask
Can a technician work from a phone in the van?
That is what the "My Day" view is for — a technician’s jobs for the day, built for a phone rather than shrunk from a desk screen. The dispatch board stays where the office needs it.
Do jobs draw parts from our real stock?
Yes, and this is normally the part that is an integration project. A job carries the van it runs from, and that van is a warehouse like any other — replenished, counted and valued the same way. Lot and serial tracking carries through to the part fitted on site, so what left the van is what left the warehouse.
Can we assign a job to a specific technician?
Not today. A job carries its type, business unit, scheduled start and the van it runs from — there is no named-assignee field, so scheduling is by van rather than by person. It is worth knowing before you buy: if per-technician assignment is how your dispatch works, that is a build, not a setting.
Does it optimise routes?
Routes themselves are part of dispatch. Optimising them is a separate module you can add — we keep it separate rather than implying every plan is an optimised one.
